Individual In-Person Therapy for Women

Some people can easily focus in their therapist’s office, where they can eliminate work and home distractions. I love giving people individual therapy options because natural healing can occur in person.

In-person therapy is my favorite form of therapy. I started my healing following this old-school way while sitting in an office with a woman I met through Google to help me work through life. I will tell you from experience it can be awkward meeting the first time in person.

Easing that awkwardness is one of the reasons I offer at least three sessions online before our in-person sessions. These sessions allow us time to get to know each other and determine if online therapy is working and is a much better approach for you.

You might decide to stick to it; but if you need more, such as a face-to-face sit down, I can offer that, too. We all deserve options on how we want to work through our stuff and how we process it.

Step into my office and receive in-person therapy.

My home office is in Happy Valley, Oregon. I do have a ring camera in front for safety reasons. Although muted, any conversations through the camera are not audible.

Walking into the home, you will see a view of nature and a little backdrop of the beautiful Happy Valley. The first door to the right will be the office. You have the option to sit or lay down. It is a relaxing, calming environment.

I will be sitting opposite you. I have plants that are not real because some clients might have allergies. You will see comfortable artwork of places I have visited with my family. A table, chair, and a full sofa, big enough to seat all body sizes, are convenient for your use. I have an available box of Kleenex in my office and a water bottle.

I provide my client with the option of outside sessions during the spring and summer. Outside the backyard, you might catch a deer walking by or hear and see blue jays singing, surrounded by huge PNW trees. The backyard is therapeutic, and clients have found that to be calming. Clients have reported improved mood and felt more connected to nature after a session outdoors.

If in-person sessions are for you, I will oblige. For more information, please get in touch with me.
