Some days you fall asleep but cannot stay asleep, waking up in the middle of the night tossing and turning and feeling completely restless.
Waking up in the morning, you find it difficult to concentrate. You don’t feel well-rested, are slow in your daily activities, and are tired and sleepy throughout the day. Even a cup of coffee has stopped doing it for you.

There is power in accepting things we can’t change, and accepting the experience of poor sleep can lead to better sleep. I know it sounds absurd. What happens is that you’ll begin to feel less anxious.
We will work on assignments and things you can do independently to help you sleep better. I will look at your current sleep pattern and help you improve your sleep.
